I am sure you will be aware that here at CCM we try to be open to God’s leading at all times. We believe it is vital that we, as His children, are constantly listening to hear His voice and ever conscious of His guiding hand. Even though, at times, we do not know how we can help people other than where our main work lies in Romania, our experience is that obedience to our Father is one of the highest priorities for His children. Disobedience produces troubles and punishment. (Hebrews 2:2).
We receive many requests for help from all over the globe, and obviously we can not respond to all them, but occasionally, one comes to our notice that has a special ‘feel’ about it. These we pray about more earnestly, to establish God’s Will. Sometimes these come to nothing, although we keep them in the back of our mind, just in case.
Recently, we have spoken with some people working with Christians in India, helping in some of the hundreds of villages. Most village churches meet under a tree or a simple reed building and are desperately for more permanent buildings. The cost to build a church, 8mtrs X 7mtrs, believe it or not, is £1500. |
We at CCM have been asked to help and, after much prayer, we believe it to be right before God. We will send our first £1500 and if you would like to join with us please do. There are 100’s of small villages all desperate to have their own little building to meet in.
If you would like to help please make cheques payable to ‘CCM’ or you could choose to spread your gift over a period of time, £10 per month would go along way to help. Maybe your church or church group could pledge just £25 per month for 5 years and build a church.
Acts 15:28, “It seems good to the Holy Spirit and us” to help our brothers in India.
